Signing in

SDG Development creates your account for you; you cannot sign up in the app. Forgot your password? Tap "Wachtwoord vergeten" (forgot password) on the sign-in screen and follow the link in the email.

To sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or your fingerprint, turn it on under Menu > Beveiliging (Security).

Notifications do not arrive

Check in your phone's settings that notifications are on for SDG Admin, and in the app under Instellingen (Settings). If everything is on and nothing arrives, email us.

A lost device

Sign in on another device or in the browser, go to Security and sign the lost device out. It then has to sign in with your password again.

Invoices

Invoices and payments do not go through the app. SDG Development sends them to you by email.
